During this self-isolation, if you’re used to having an active lifestyle you’ve probably felt “stiffer” over the past week – I know I have.
These are a few of my favourite mobility exercises which I’ve implemented daily to combat this less than ideal situation.
We know that these are tough times, psychologically, emotionally, financially and physically. They all play a role our overall health. There is a strong connection between physical health and psychological health – by exercising daily, doing mobility exercises and eating healthy we can reduce our physical and psychological stress which will put us in a better place for when we can get our lives back on track.
